    For your fish that keep indoor what is
    1. Day temperature? Winter 6C, Summer 22C
    2. Night temperature? Winter 5C Summer 18C
    3. Photo period? 8 - 16 hours - seasonal variation
    4. Water changes per week? 1
    5. percent of water change? 20% per week
    6. Feeding / week? Bloodworm or dried food 2 times per day, every day from March - September. I feed per day Oct - Nov. Nothing Dec - Feb
    7. Ever have unexplained massive losses? Only through ammonia or nitrite poisoning
    8. Average gallon/fish? about 8 (used to be about 3)
    9. Average size of tanks? about 120 gallons (used to be about 15)

    For breeders What is
    Spawning temperature? 18C
    Hatching temperature? 18C
    Hatching time? 3-4 days
    Rearing Temp? 18 - 24C

    Do you believe you have had GHV in the past? No - I had my fish tested by the UK Govt agency after some problems about 6 years ago and they did not have GHV - was ammonia / nitrite poisoning

    2. Night temperature?I don't heat the tank so 65 - 85F
    3. Photo period? 12 hours +
    4. Water changes per week? every other day
    5. percent of water change? 70 - 100%
    6. Feeding / week? Average 21 - 40 feedings per week
    7. Ever have unexplained massive losses? Yes, when I didn't know how to use proform-C for import fish.
    8. Average gallon/fish? 25G/Fish
    9. Average size of tanks? 75G

    1. Day temperature? 55 - 85
    2. Night temperature? 45 - 70
    3. Photo period? day light
    4. Water changes per week? every 2 - 4 days

    3. Photo period? natural
    4. Water changes per week? 2 partials or 1 total

    8. Average gallon/fish? 5-10 depending on breed/size
    9. Average size of tanks? 10 gal for fry and tosakin, 50 gal tubs for ranchu

    2. Night temperature? winter, no real variance / summer maybe 5 degree drop

    4. Water changes per week? 0 (one 75% in fall)

    My fish are kept in a shed which I consider indoor.

    1. Day temperature? In winter 10C, in summer 25C shed windows slightly open
    2. Night temperature? In winter 9C, in summer 20C shed windows slightly open
    3. Photo period? Just daylight through windows
    4. Water changes per week? Once per week beginning of May to end November
    5. percent of water change? 50% +
    6. Feeding / week? 21-28
    7. Ever have unexplained massive losses? No
    8. Average gallon/fish? 5 to 10
    9. Average size of tanks? 35 - 80 gallons

    2. Night temperature? Not sure
    3. Photo period? Whats that?
    4. Water changes per week? 50% water changes every day as the ammonia is present
    5. percent of water change? 25-60
    6. Feeding / week? Morning and afternoon 6-8 flakes a day soaked before putting in the tank so it does not float
    7. Ever have unexplained massive losses? No
    8. Average gallon/fish? 12ltr for 1 fish
    9. Average size of tanks? 12ltr

    If this survey is covering disease control, it has a huge hole in regards to the questions asked, or not asked. There are no questions relating to how often you introduce new fish to the system and the source of these fish, (import, lfs, private breeder).
