No, the red tube is a drip system. Tap water runs through a HMA filter then drips into the vats. Creating a 50% water change with no effort every week. The water will drain off in to a drain via an over flow feed that is yet to be made. System should be up and running by the end of the week

Is the PVC part of some recirc filter or just to fill the tubs?
If its the former I would think it will be hard to equalize the flow, but I have no better ideas. :)

And very nice, thanks for posting.

Yes the pvc white pipe is for the 100ltr external filter ( not yet built ). I have taps on each vat to control the amount of water each vat gets.

I'll be making a k1 bubble filter like the one in the image.

Awesome setup, what is the HMA filter that the tap water goes through prior to the vats for water changes?

Managed get my overflow system set
Up. This allows me to run the tanks at 6inch deep for fry or 12 inch of water.

Yes that's right. The HMA filter will take all nasties out of the tap water. It's not yet set up but will be this Tuesday im just waiting on the filters

Sure is noisey. It's a fish room! many pumps and compressors. I could make it not so noisy but that comes with time. At least I'm up and running :)
Once I've got lids on the filters and covers on the vats. Noise will drop right off. But it dose not bother me at the moment
