That is not a guy, Dan. There are several Sugiura Ranchu Breeder.
This is one of Mr. Sugiura(White Shirt) that Mr. Boss(Red Shirt) got Ranchu bloodline from.

The meeting looks like a breeders' social to me, lol. The only difference is that they are building a better ranchu one fruit juice at a time and not one beer at a time, lol.
