Fred, Your #1 picture of your red ranchu fit perfectly. He/she need alot of room to growth. Can I borrow 1 Ranchu for 2 weeks and send it back to you? He/she should look great in there.

Hello Daryl,, Long time no talk. How have you been?? I believed that I met you in personal at the goldfish show 2 years back at Darlien Illionois! Are you the one who owned the giant Rykin(Calico).

I am more then happy to give my tank to you. BUT..... You are alittle too late... Paul just said he will help me out and fill up my tank for me...hehe.

Yup - that was me in DArien. I still have that calico Ryukin - He is a big broadtail - he is even bigger by 2 years than he was that day. He has lost some of his black - but is doing great.

I used that Ryukin to create a line of broadtails - I crossed him out to a huge red/white broadtail and then the subsequent fry were crossed back to him this past year. I am BEGINNING to get a reasonable line of nice BR Ryukins - easily one of my favorite fish.

(For some reason, Ryukin just seem "right" to me - comfortable and very attractive. I love other breeds - but I never intend to be without my Ryukins)

Universal Language works well. I hope your tank is soon full of gorgeous Ranchus - and then you take pictures so we can all live vicariously at your expense!
