That calico is one of a kind, very nice metallic blue sheen on the body with a red dot on the head. He is my definite keeper. He doesn't seem to be growing much recently, although I'm also trying to avoid overfeeding in winter.

Where did you get it? I like it a lot. I have a calico from Ken and its got the blue but not that blue.I like the "rehead" a lot too.

That calico came from Tommy (goldfishnet). Tommy stocks very nice non-conventional ranchus occasionally. I really like the sakura ranchu on this week's auction. Here's a video of my calico from a few months ago, he's grown almost half an inch since. http://gallery.mac.com/thanthipm#100189

Thomasn, that was eco-biobloc (living rock). I have since removed it because it has very rough surface and would cause scratch on my fish wen and body when they dig around for food.

Thanks for all the positive comments, everyone.

Paul, I use a Nikon D3. The D90 is an excellent camera and is the best bang for the bucks right now from Nikon camp. You can't go wrong with it. It can also do HD video recording at 720p.

Seem like i have to make a special deal on all my stock to get that D90!
