Sadly, I had to put him down last night. Here he is, with one of his many daughters:

This fish was obviously special to you. There is something about goldfish--Each one is unique and many have personality beyond what you would expect in "just a fish." Thankfully, you have others to carry on.

Hi T,
thank you. No, Lily died last summer. She was probably 7 years old, and had been bottom sitting for a few weeks.
I still have some of her young though, ready to breed any day, I hope.
