Just curious if this Oranda is Broadtail?

I dunno, but oh wow, that's probably a champion grade fish...so nice. Are you importing it?

Yes, I am importing it. It coming by the end of this Month.
I feel very very greedy about award in Chicago Show this year....>:)
By the way, Congratz to Dan on both Grand Champion and Baby Grand Champion in Indy show this weekend.

It's certainly an Oranda I would love to breed from. I think from what I have been told that in the US it would be regarded as a Broadtail but not so in the UK. By "Broadtail" we really mean "Veil tail" and of course the picture shows a fish with fantail tail carriage. Hope it goes to a "breeder" home!

if its a young fish i would say yes.great starter fish for breeding

Looks bout right for a broad tail to me...virtually no forking in tail:exact: gorgeous fish regardless
