Question for the mases Moore or Telescope

Here is a fun Question for everyone. I have heard many different opinions from judges to breeders here in the states but since there are soo many people here from all over the world I would like to see what people say. I have been told that the Moore is the swallow/Scissor tailed and you can hve variety of colorations and that Telescopes are all other tail types. Now I have also been told that black coloration makes them Moores. So what do you think......Btw I love the telescope tail types in the other thread.....
