Greetings I'm Westchester County New York a new member, I have one 29 gallon tank, sevral assorted goldfish and I am looking for a larger tank set up. I am having trouble keeping the tank clean , the fish are small (some are very small) I have too many for the size tank that I have. I want to go to a 55 gallon.

welcome to GFK... For now, you should do more water change(70% change at least) with same temp, pH water...

You'd be surprised how easily we overstock our tanks, especially when we first start. I think one of the hardest parts of the hobby is balancing stocking levels with grooming goals, but once you find that balance you will really enjoy the hobby. I hope you can find your new tank soon, but for now water changes are the key to success.
You will find many passionate keepers here, and their advice is given with your best interest in mind. I hope you enjoy the forums, and look forward to your future posts.
