I raised a batch of fry over a year ago and in the batch was a super tiny fry.
He was many times smaller than the average fry. When I did my culling I always left this little guy alone. In the end I had a handfull of fry I like and this tiny guy. It didn't take long for this guy to catch up and become a regular sized goldfish.
Now this little sucker is about 4" just in body length.
It's not the prettiest fish in the world in fact it probably one of the uglies.
Anyhow that's not the point the point I guess is those little guys can grow to full size. Here he (or she) is now.

I have an Oranda I named Tiny who I almost gave up on that although slightly slower to catch up size wise has really blossomed into a beautiful fish. I really like this lil ones "touch of color" I'm sure everyones asked you before but what camara do you use?

Your pictures are always amazing. I have a DSLR but have never taken the time to actually learn how use it to its full potential. If you don't mind me asking, What settings do you use?
Very Respectfully,
Frank

It would look nice if the whole body is completely white like a snow. Goldfish are always full of surprises.

Some like the little splash of color other don't, this fish only has color on one side so if he's swimming to the left all you see is white.
If you like white fish I posted a few pictures of a home grown Veil in the Goldfish Pictures section. I think it's called Homemade veil shots. If you like white fish you might like that one.
