well can't see a lot from those pics..but I like the bottom one better.. color contrast, maybe larger wen? but maybe an older fish.

Looks like a typical Ed's (Kimmy Koi) calico...they all look like that. I used to go to Ed's place to pick out ranchu before getting hooked on Paul's buffalo heads, it was a nice experience. Ed is also a good guy. His ranchu have nice body and are good swimmer. You definitely want to quarantine for a bit, though. I had some that required antibiotic treatment (gills and fin issues).
